Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Reaching Wellness operates on a cash-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept insurance.
All sales are final once a consultation or service has begun. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 35% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Shows: Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 35% of the scheduled service fee. We encourage you to reschedule in advance to avoid this charge.

Fees will be charged to the payment method on file or collected before rescheduling.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
