These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reaching Wellness services, including but not limited to wellness consultations, bioenergetic muscle testing assessments, educational materials, supplement discussions, website content, electronic communications, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing services or products, accessing our website, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Nature of Services (Wellness Only)
Reaching Wellness is a wellness education and consulting service. Although services are provided by a Registered Nurse, all services are offered strictly in a non-medical, non-diagnostic capacity. Services are not a substitute for licensed medical treatment.
Reaching Wellness provides:

All services are educational and informational in nature and are intended to support general wellness and lifestyle awareness.

Information provided during consultations, assessments, muscle testing sessions, written materials, supplement discussions, or website content is:

3. Informed Consent for Bioenergetic Muscle Testing
Reaching Wellness may utilize bioenergetic muscle testing as part of wellness assessments.
Client acknowledges and understands:

It is not recognized as a substitute for laboratory testing, imaging, or medical evaluation

Results are interpretive and educational in nature
You agree not to interpret muscle testing results as medical diagnosis or treatment.
4. Supplements & Wellness Products
Reaching Wellness may provide educational information about nutritional supplements and wellness products.
You acknowledge:

Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

The FDA does not evaluate dietary supplements in the same manner as prescription drugs

You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before starting supplements

Reaching Wellness does not guarantee outcomes or results from supplement use.
5. Your Responsibility
By engaging services, you agree:

You will maintain care with a licensed medical provider

You will not discontinue medications without consulting your prescribing provider

You will seek emergency care when necessary
Reaching Wellness is not responsible for consequences resulting from your decisions.
6. Electronic Communication Consent
By providing your contact information and using the Services of Reaching Wellness, you consent to receive communications via email, phone call, voicemail, and text message for appointments, follow-ups, and service-related information.
You understand and accept that standard electronic communications are not guaranteed to be secure and carry a risk of unauthorized access.
If you prefer an alternative method of communication, you must notify us in writing prior to your appointment. Reaching Wellness is not responsible for unauthorized access to information once it has been transmitted to the contact information you provided.
7. Emergency Disclaimer
Reaching Wellness does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
8. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. Reaching Wellness makes no guarantees regarding:

Wellness is an individual process with many variables beyond our control.
9. Confidentiality Commitment
Reaching Wellness respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. All client records, intake forms, bioenergetic muscle testing results, consultation notes, and discussions are kept confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing wellness education services.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except:

Reaching Wellness operates as a wellness education service and is not functioning as a medical provider or HIPAA-covered entity. While we do not claim HIPAA compliance, we maintain confidentiality as a professional and ethical standard and take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
10. Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Reaching Wellness operates on a cash-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept insurance.
All sales are final once a consultation or service has begun. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 35% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Shows: Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 35% of the scheduled service fee. We encourage you to reschedule in advance to avoid this charge.

Fees will be charged to the payment method on file or collected before rescheduling.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
By scheduling and paying for Services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
11. Minors
Services may be provided to minors only with parent or legal guardian consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
By using our Services, you agree that Reaching Wellness, its owner, and affiliates are not liable for:

decisions you make based on results or consultations

reactions to supplements, lifestyle changes, or recommendations

missed diagnoses or delayed medical treatment
You assume full responsibility for your participation and health choices.
13. Affiliate Disclosure & Product Recommendations
Reaching Wellness may recommend nutritional supplements, wellness products, or educational resources as part of wellness education and support.
You acknowledge and agree that:

Some product recommendations may include affiliate links, including but not limited to the Reaching Wellness DSS storefront and the Supreme Nutrition website.

Reaching Wellness may receive compensation or a commission if you choose to purchase products through these affiliate links.
Any compensation received does not increase the price you pay and does not influence the educational nature of recommendations. All product discussions are provided for informational and wellness education purposes only.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
